#Registration for 8th International Day of Yoga 2022.

The School is celebrating 8th International Day of Yoga 2022 on Tuesday, 21st June 2022. We at GDGPSED would like you to join us for a Yoga Session at School Campus from 6:30am to 8:00am. All those who are interested can join the session. Participants can be Grandparents, Parents, Students, teachers & Staff of the school.

 G.D. Goenka Public School, East Delhi is organising the FIT INDIA FREEDOM RUN 2.0 ‘VIRTUAL RUNS’ on 18th & 19th September 2021. 

Fit India Mission is conducting Fit India Freedom Run 2.0 to encourage fitness and help us all to get freedom from obesity, laziness, stress, anxiety, diseases etc. “IT CAN BE RUN ANYWHERE, ANYTIME!” Participants can be Grandparents, Parents, Students, teachers & Staff of the school.  Fit India Freedom Run 2.0 aims at "Jan Bhagidari se Jan Aandolan".  Promote Fit India Freedom Run 2.0 on your social media channels by using #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav, #Run4India & #RunwithGDGPSED All the participants will be awarded a participation e-certificate. National Sports Week - Catch & clap competition

Rules & Regulations

Time limit- 30 seconds

 How many times can you throw a ball up, clap once and catch it, in 30 seconds?  The ball must go above your head. If you drop the ball, carry on counting your score from where you left off. Throw and catch a ball If you do not have a ball, use a toilet roll or a rolled up pair of socks. How to Count:  Throw a ball up, clap once and catch it and count it 1. (If you have not clapped it will not be counted)

The Merit E- Certificates will be awarded for the first three positions.
